1. Introduction

Welcome to LegOrion, premium enterprise law services at legorion.vip. By accessing our site and acquiring any of our offerings, you agree to these terms.

2. Scope of Offerings

LegOrion provides professional legal solutions, including:

• Custom advisory sessions and corporate compliance services (collectively “Services”);
• Digital information materials, training modules, and guides (“Information Products”);
• Physical publications and branded merchandise (“Goods”).

3. Services Terms

All Service engagements are confirmed upon payment. Project timelines and deliverables will be defined in a separate agreement. Clients may reschedule up to 48 hours before the agreed start time without any administrative fee. Cancellations made within 48 hours of commencement are non-refundable due to preparatory work allocation.

3.1 Service Reimbursement

Clients requesting reimbursement for Services not yet initiated may submit a request within 14 calendar days of purchase. Eligible requests will receive a reimbursement minus a 10% administrative fee. Requests submitted after the 14-day period or within 48 hours of scheduled commencement will be declined. Certain specialized filings, once lodged with regulatory authorities, are fully non-refundable due to procedural costs and third-party charges.

4. Information Products Terms

Information Products are delivered electronically upon purchase. Access credentials or download links will be provided immediately.

4.1 Information Product Reimbursement

Clients may request a reimbursement within 14 calendar days of purchase, provided no more than 10% of the material has been accessed or downloaded. Requests beyond this limit are not eligible. Approved reimbursements will be processed within 10 business days of approval.

5. Goods Terms

Goods are shipped from our office in Basel, Switzerland. Estimated dispatch times will be communicated at checkout. Clients are responsible for providing accurate delivery information.

5.1 Goods Reimbursement

Clients may initiate a reimbursement for Goods within 30 calendar days of delivery, provided items are unused and in original packaging. Clients are responsible for shipment of items sent back. Reimbursements will be processed within 15 business days after receipt and inspection of the items.

6. Delays and Rescheduling

LegOrion will make every effort to meet schedules. In the event of unforeseen delays, we will notify clients promptly and propose new dates. Clients may accept the new schedule or opt for reimbursement as per the applicable section.

7. Limitation of Liability

LegOrion’s total liability under these terms shall not exceed the total fees paid by the Client. Under no circumstances shall LegOrion be liable for indirect or consequential harm.

8. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of Switzerland. Any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of Basel courts.
